About Our Home

Our home was built in 1918 when Tri Delta was founded on the Washington State University campus. The house contains its original wooden flooring in the living room, along with original glass doors that lead into the dining room and the piano has whitnessed every person to walk through our front doors.
The original section of the house has 4 levels, with one being below ground. This side of the house is designed with shared rooms for 52 women and two sleeping porches. Each person living on this side of the house is given a closet, vanity drawers and storage in one of the shared rooms and their sleeping bed is on one of the sleeping porches. Also, each person can choose whether to have their desk in their room or in the study. The newer side of the house can hold 16 women and is set up a little bit differently. On this side, each woman has one roommate and they share a bathroom with another room of two people. In these rooms the sleeping bed, desk, closet and storage are all together in the room.

Please feel free to stop by our home anytime if you would like a tour, we'd be more than happy to show you around.

Dining

At Tri Delta we have a cook 7 days a week. Every morning we have a continental style breakfast with multiple cereals, bagels, english muffins, yogurts and fruit. Lunch is served at 11:30pm daily while dinner is at 5:00pm. We always offer a vegetarian option and are more than willing to work with dietary needs. Every Monday and Wednesday our dinners are followed by a delicious dessert.

"What if I have class during a meal?"

If you know you are going to miss a meal you can simply sign up for a late plate and, upon your arrival home, there will be a plate of food waiting for you in the refrigerator.
