Recruitment Recruitment is an extremely important time for Theta Nu Chapter. It is when we find the young women who will soon become our sisters. At Washington State University, there are five days of parties during the recruitment period where girls learn about each chapter on campus. At the conclusion of each party, potential new members (those girls going through sorority recruitment) are matched with sororities through a mutual selection process to best provide each girl with invitations for the next round of parties. New Member Education   All Tri Delta new members participate in an eight-week new member education period. During this time new members are educated about the values and Purpose of Tri Delta and learn how to relate those ideals to their lives. These weeks are designed to be a fun and elightening time for new members and consist of activities for orientation to Tri Delta. Through this period, each new member is prepared for Initiation and educated about the responsibilities she has to the chapter and its members, to the Fraternity, to her university and to herself. The program emphasizes leadership and personal development through interactive and values-based activities and prepares new members for lifelong commitment to Tri Delta. Please know that we uphold strict policies which prevent hazing and discrimination of any kind.
